Sutan in 1987
 

      Born in Kutaraja, Sumatra in 1936. Self-taught artist,
     living in Bali since the 1960s.Currently living in the beautiful
     mountains of Bedugul. His bright colour, strong brushstrokes,
     rich landscapes and brilliant dancers reflect his continuing
     fascination and intimate knowledge of his adopted home.
